Using a combination of Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) my unique cessation method works on the basis of finding out why you smoke, when you smoke, what stress factors you may have (work, social etc). You will be carefully listened to – we work together in tailoring the program specifically for you to ensure you succeed. I will also teach you self-help techniques to accelerate your progress and to support you after the sessions.
